These Terms of Service govern your use of all services provided by SkyTrip LLC (hereinafter "Company"). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. General provisions

• SkyTrip LLC is a travel and technology company registered under the laws of Mongolia.
• Through our platform, users may book flights, purchase eSIM plans, and select travel packages.
• Users aged 18 or older with full legal capacity are entitled to use all platform features.
• The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication without prior notice.

2. User rights and obligations

• Users must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• Users are solely responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials.
• Use of the platform for any unlawful purpose is strictly prohibited.
• Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of passport and personal data at the time of booking.

3. Payments and refunds

• All prices are displayed in MNT (Mongolian Tugrik) and/or foreign currency as applicable.
• Payment is collected upon booking confirmation.
• Refund conditions vary by service type and are detailed in the respective service-specific terms.
• Bank charges and transaction fees are the sole responsibility of the user.

4. Limitation of liability

• SkyTrip LLC is not liable for errors or failures caused by third parties (airlines, hotels, eSIM providers).
• The Company is exempt from liability for damages caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, war, pandemics).
• The Company's maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the transaction in question.

5. Privacy and data protection

• User data is protected in accordance with SkyTrip LLC's Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
• Necessary information may be shared with service providers solely for the purpose of processing bookings and delivering services.

6. Dispute resolution

• Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Mongolia.
• Parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes through negotiation.
• If negotiation fails, disputes shall be referred to the competent courts of Mongolia.
